Who We Are

Monique’s Outreach & Consulting Agency (MOCA) is a nonprofit LLC organization committed to uplifting individuals and families facing social, economic, and educational challenges. Our MISSION is to empower youth, families, and communities through mentorship, outreach, trauma healing, and resource navigation.

Our VISION is a community where youth and families have the support, opportunities, and resources needed to thrive without violence, trauma, and substance misuse.

Our Services

Community Outreach & Advocacy

MOCA actively engages with the community to identify urgent needs and advocate for meaningful change. Through outreach events, partnerships, and direct engagement, we connect individuals to resources while raising awareness around issues affecting underserved populations.

Youth Mentorship & Life Skills Development

Our Youth Mentorship Program empowers young people with the guidance, confidence, and skills needed to succeed academically, socially, and personally. Through mentorship, leadership development, and hands-on workshops, we help youth build self-esteem, set goals, and prepare for a successful future.

Family Support & Resource Navigation

We assist families with locating community resources. Our team provides personalized guidance to help families achieve stability.
We offer workshops focused on personal development, family empowerment, and professional growth.

Crisis Support & Referrals

During crisis, individuals and families often need immediate guidance and direction. We provide compassionate support and connect clients with trusted local agencies and service providers to ensure they receive timely assistance and care.

Northside Mothers & Babies Stability Program

To support mothers with newborns, infants, and young children in North Minneapolis by providing emergency basic needs, maternal wellness support, and family stabilization resources. The program focuses on early childhood stability, recognizing that the first years of a child’s life are critical for healthy family development. (Priority given to mothers with children under age 5)

Support may include:

• Baby wipes
• Formula or milk
• Baby food
• Grocery gift cards
• Hygiene supplies
• Children's clothing
• Household essentials
